UNESCO - Education for All Global Monitoring Report
I'm proud to have been involved in UNESCO's tenth edition of the Education for All Global Monitoring Report which was launched in Paris this month.
I was asked by the EFA Global Monitoring Report team in Paris to come up with a visual representation of this complex story. My brief was to graphically represent the findings of this report with a single image. The "Pathways to Skills" image (see below) succeeded in capturing this criteria.
We decided to integrate elements from this image into the cover and so for the tenth anniversary of the report (above) my illustrated cover design marks a departure from the previous reports' photographic covers.
This project has involved some very challenging but satisfying problem solving for me. The resulting illustrations will hopefully assist in the aims of the report to inform, influence and sustain a genuine committment towards Education for All.

New Cups for Barnes & Noble
What better way to enjoy a good read and a cup of tea or coffee
than with a fully illustrated cup?
Barnes and Noble have enlarged their range of products featuring
my designs with these two new reading themed cups.
A nice feature is the hand lettered phrase that sits inside
the rim. Something to ponder while you sip away!
Once the cups are available online I will provide a link, but for now
you can find them in Barnes and Noble stores in the US.
